All cables have a 14 day no questions asked trial period

No return of custom cables allowed

Only one item per order is eligible for return

Amplifiers have a seven day return period

All amplifiers have a 1 year warranty to the original owner (except for tubes which have their own warranty)

Shipping charges are not refundable.

No returns will be accepted after 14days.

Refund is issued via the same method as payment

Please allow 7-14 days for refund to process

Returns must be shipped in original packing

Please note: In order to save on expenses, so that we may offer you the lowest price possible, we do not keep stock of our products. All products are hand made to order with care and are thoroughly tested before shipment. This takes a certain amount of time. Occasionally we are out of a part to make a product. Your product will be made as soon as the part arrives. As in most things, when it rains it pours and I become overwhelmed with orders. I am only one person and can only work so many hours a day. I appreciate your patience and want you to know that all products are shipped out in the same order that payment was received. Orders are shipped daily. Your patience is really appreciated!

*** Just a note about shipping charges. A great deal of time, materials, and work are put into the shipping of your product. We want to insure that it arrives in good shape. Each item has paper work and Foreign orders have many more forms to fill out. Unfortunately the people that do all of this will not work for free. It is this service plus the actual shipping costs that make up my above prices.

We ship all USA orders by USPS priority Mail. This is the only way that we can insure your product as well as provide the least expensive shipping. If you require another shipping method please contact for info.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Product specifications and designs are subject to change without notice for the purpose of improvement. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine suitability of our products in regards to their equipment. We are not responsible for damage to any equipment, or other items due to our products or advice. We are liable only for the product itself which will be replaced free of charge if any defects are found.
